I had a consultation with a designer regarding the planning layout of an apartment in a new building. The initial design involved a basic box shape with one load-bearing wall inside. I wanted to get feedback on the layout proposed by the construction company. Following the designer's advice, we revised the original plan, which ultimately allowed for a separate dressing room — something I really wanted. We managed to maintain the square footage in the living areas by adjusting the placement of two doors and slightly reducing the corridor space. The result is a functional and specific layout that fulfills my needs perfectly!
